Refund Policy

If you want a refund after buying cards for use, you can do so only if you meet the requirements mentioned below. Any circumstance other than these would not be considered an appropriate case for a refund.

Rule 1

If the payment is in the approved status and is not received. In that case, if we have not yet sent the card, you will be refunded if you claim.

Rule 2

If refund is demanded within 3-7 days after receiving the card. However, if the product / service is validly distributed, you cannot claim a refund.

Rule 3

Claims for a refund are only valid for certain orders, not the whole bunch you ordered. For such pre-loaded card services, the return policy will not be valid. However, in some cases we offer 50% refund.

Rule 4

Only if the claim is valid will the price be refunded. No processing fees will be refunded. You will receive a refund after verifying the details. So, be patient.

Rule 5

It can't be the other way around if you send someone from your wallet, even if it's inaccurate. Furthermore, withdrawing funds from your wallet is irreversible.

Rule 6

Your deposit fund will be credited with the refund. To refund any amount, we do not use any payment form.

Have I received my returned items if I'm an International customer?

Why not? Our return policy is equally effective for all. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, so you can enjoy all our benefits no matter where you are in the world.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Inevitably, if any of your orders are not delivered within a few days of completion, I should let you know. If you still do not get any benefits then you should claim a refund.
